And I wanted to know, how did it actually get started for you? Like, how was your audition process? How did you get involved in the film? And what was that first day on set

like? Well, it's funny because I've been doing TV commercials.

you know, school plays, obviously.

I was still in high school when I started, you know, professionally and whatnot.

And my first film set was on the movie Manhattan with Woody Allen because my agent at the time wanted me to make the transition from doing TV commercials to the pace of filmmaking and what that was like.

And you know, take all day to do a 30 second commercial, you know, but she wanted me to understand from, you know, a step back what it was like to be on a film set.

So after that experience, I started auditioning for stuff, mostly soap operas, tell you the truth, but I booked the movie.

And how was it jumping into a horror film after so many years? And what is the differences that you found with horror movies made then versus now? It is

That's ama- And how long into the process of, of the next, you know, 10, 15, 20 years did you realize you were part of something that had captured everyone's attention in a way?

You know, I was so shocked.

I had no idea.

I was busy on the soap opera for 12 years.

I was h- having three kids in that time.

So I wasn't paying attention to any of the sequels that came out.

I knew of them, but I didn't go and see them.

This is, this is for me."

How was that for you? You

know, it's so funny to talk about because back then it was just another job, you know, and.

I mean, it was my first movie, movie, movie role, my first big role in a movie.

So that was kind of cool.

And I thought it would be all posh, you know, because you think, oh, I'm going to do a movie.

I'm going to stay in a hotel and get room service.

We stayed at the bloody camp and there was no room service.

How was that? Where did you shoot that? Did you have to come to California for
