mean, I serve at my local church in Moving Mountains and my main full time job is helping churches get on board with doing Moving Mountains.

And so that's my my main that's what's taking up a lot of my time.

But, you know, I would say for those that are like, oh, man, I really want prayer, like from someone who has a gift of discernment.

Now we all have the gift.

It's just as the Holy Spirit determines, right? So, but some people, I believe they do operate with a greater anointing in certain gifts, right? I think we all can see that that is true.

That doesn't mean we can't all operate in the gifts that I talked about in 1 Corinthians 12, you know? So I would say this, you are empowered to go straight to Jesus And ask him for yourself.

What I just described, I mean, is this how you see it? And can you add to it? Can you build on this? Yes.

I think that's a great way of putting it.

You know, in the Deliverance and Healing Training Manual I wrote, I talk about that there are entry points that the demonic can enter through, right? Let me say it differently.

There are five causes of demonization, okay? Of oppression.

And so how the enemy can gain a hold in your life and enter your soul, your heart, mind, will, and emotions is through, number one, willful sin, okay? Now, if you just say...

You, you know, lose your temper or something on your kids, which I'm guilty of.

You know, I go to them.

What is Mitchell's Run Through Rockford all about?

Uh, yes, I, I love to hear how much you love the run and, and you're right, it's not just for runners, but Mitchell's Run Through Rockford, this is our 28th year, and it's the only 5K that goes through downtown Rockford.

You see the beautiful views by the river and the dam.

Uh, and 100% of proceeds from this race go directly to Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy, and it raises money for Duchenne research, which is a very near and dear cause to the Rockford community.

So everyone that comes out, um, like I said, every penny goes directly to that cause.

We're 100% volunteer-led.

And, you know, it's just a wonderful, fun community race.
