Where are you seeing AI create real value at Instrument, and w- where can efficiency actually start eroding originality, craft, or just making things suck?

I hate the AI efficiency conversation 'cause I think it is the first place that creativity goes to die.

And when I think about what AI is doing at Instrument and the way that we are integrating it into our company, 'cause it's a must-have.

Well, we're a service business and we can't exist without our people.

And I think the pandemic proved to literally like before the pandemic would always say like without our people, Instrument is not this building.

Like the building doesn't represent us.

The logo, the wordmark, those things, like the thing that makes Instrument, Instrument.

is the people and the environment that we create for them to be successful in everything that they do and if you make policies and procedures and we're not perfect i want to say that like i get things wrong all the time i'm in a constant state of understanding what are the things that are the priorities for these individuals and how can i as a business leader serve them the best that i can like i wish i could change certain parts and of the business.
