another agency that might just have a different postcode but you know the website is effectively saying the same thing to every prospect that's out there um but yeah i think with it all just starts with being being proactive being on top of the pipeline being active out on linkedin Speaking to clients, speaking to prospects, I think a lot of the time agency owners are relying heavily on referrals and word of mouth, but that can quite quickly just dry up and then it can start to set in when they're looking ahead at the forecast thinking, okay, maybe that budget's been slashed for that particular project or that project's been pulled, they're no longer taking that to tender now.

I think the interact is really engaged both children and adults because on the adults only evenings where people have come around, adults have had equally as much fun kind of talking to the genie or going across the troll bridge as the kids have had as well.

I think it's that sense of nostalgia as well with the exhibition that storytelling is so much a family activity and it's something that's great to do with parents or grandparents and it takes you back to your childhood and the books that you were read and that's what we wanted to achieve in the exhibition that people can rediscover these stories again together and as well as find out new ones because we have a lot of wonderful contemporary illustrators that we've borrowed work from in the exhibition as well.
