And I'm curious what your process is to bring people into a relation to their dwelling.

That's a great question.

So oftentimes at Greenhammer, we're designing single family residences, sometimes multifamily.

And so oftentimes the owner is very excited about the piece of land that they're wanting to develop on.

And so we like to spend time without them out there.

And we like to bring the landscape design team in as early as possible because their ability to read the land is and understand its complexities and its flows far exceeds mine of an architect who has to be a generalist.

I can't play this experience.
