Yes, things are good.

Of course, you know, the market is always cyclical for a lot of reasons.

But, you know, I worked with about three different buyers this past spring.

And literally everything we liked went under contract with being on the market after about three or four days.

It just was a crazy time.

There's a lot of buyers out there and very little inventory.

So, you know, is there, you know, anything for, say, people such as me, any advice you can give us, anything that we didn't really talk about that you kind of want our audience to know about the market or things to, you know, maybe be excited about? You know, what's what's your thoughts? Well, if
