oh, like
24:03
I shouldn't be, I shouldn't be burnt out.
24:05
I should be fine.
24:05
And I should be able to carry all this and have the capacity.
24:08
I should be fine.
24:09
And like my, I can't tell my clients because then they'll be like, oh, we don't know about her.
24:13
Like, is she, is she legit? If she's, if she's actually burnt out and like crying every morning and struggling to do her job.

I've heard that the more... methodologies or places that you can show up like if somebody reads your book that's a place where they've interacted with you and then on Instagram that's a place and then on YouTube that's a place and then watching you from a live audience with a keynote that if you can just get three of those the familiarity like goes up by 500%
20:37
I
20:37
felt really stressed if they, if they struggled, I felt it and I would carry it and I would feel responsible for it.
20:43
And so, and that, I think we were at about 40 clients in the next level club in our main program.
20:52
And I could comfortably hold 40.
20:54
That was what my little container could hold.
20:55
So I could wrap my arms around that.
20:57
I could, I could know all their names.
24:36
Where did you see that model? When did you really tap into that? I'm curious about
20:28
And so I'm curious your thoughts on that.
20:30
yes i i think about me in school i was always like an overachiever would just always want to be like top of the class very competitive yeah i wanted to win and so definitely throughout all of school i was very very hard working i was also very strategic so i would even in even in high school i would pick subjects that i knew okay i'll do music and art because i know i'm good at those things as opposed to science and geography and history i was like no no i don't want to do those so i was strategic and and even even as a kid i was aware of strengths and my weaknesses and I would always rather maximize my strengths then try to mildly improve my weaknesses so definitely hard-working I I think I think when part of your identity is tied to achievement It means that you will be a good business owner.
21:42
It means that you will be successful.
21:45
But it also does mean that you have to be very aware of burnout and you have to be very aware of where do you get your sense of self from.
21:56
And so for me, I had a massive journey.
22:00
I hit pretty significant burnout really about this time last year.
22:06
And I only started talking about it probably a few months ago because it was still very raw.

on productivity not equaling like not equaling like striving and hustle but it but like assuring in like a season of rest not confusing it with being lazy because that's something that i definitely struggle with
25:02
with the offer price or something like that.
25:04
Yeah, you are either grossly undercharging or maybe you're just saying yes to any single person that walks in the door.
25:13
And then you're like, cool, let's figure it out.
25:16
And you're working with a thousand different niches and you feel flustered and chaotic because you can't possibly be an expert in that many industries.
25:25
And so actually we need to kind of switch the goalposts a little and go, okay, if I could convert it 60%, that's probably a better marker for me.
25:37
So four out of 10 are going to say this is too expensive or you might say, hey, you're not the right fit for us.
25:44
Also fine.

Okay, so if you had to leave anybody with, this would be right now, 2026, thinking through the best insights I have on getting you fully booked, what would be your parting thoughts?
