I am the national leader for L'Arche in the United States, which also puts me at the table for the international leadership team because L'Arche is a global organization and a global movement for justice and equality and quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities.

So L'Arche exists in 37 countries.

Can you, can you give us an example of, of something that, you know, I know you're only six months in like many of us, um, What is something that has sort of popped up and you're like, oof, that was harder than I thought or that didn't go like we thought it would? And what's been unexpectedly lovely?
