I think that the problem with healthcare now is everything's so siloed.

And sometimes getting into DERM, like DERM could have been the answer in this patient, right? It could have been the answer maybe a year earlier or six months earlier, but the referral wasn't done.

She didn't get into the clinic.

And the other thing is that one hand doesn't know what the other hand's doing.

So it's so hard.

I admire it's so hard even to get into a primary care until something's like tragic and then everybody jumps to see it.

So, Laura, talk to me about a case where multi-specialty collaboration has changed the diagnosis, management or outcome with a patient with myositis.
