I mean, I go to that moment.

I think that's a moment we've gone over several times together to just ask ourselves what happened here and how do we learn from it.

It was hard for me figuring out how to be a leader in this new practice that included a lot of people from the old practice because so many of them, I had already been their supervisor.

They had known me in that old practice.

And I'm trying to shed it like I didn't really get a fresh start.

It wasn't like nobody knows me here.

What does leadership mean to each of you? Me?
