Can you just unpack it for me and our listeners a little bit?

Yeah, I mean, I think we see a lot, you know, traditionally maybe young people who are coming, like maybe, well, it happens in high school or even after high school, but that they have to choose between going to school and work, right? Especially since if college is, you know, it's pricey, right? So young people are having to make those decisions.

Whereas I think an apprenticeship, I think that really changes that and it doesn't really force that choice.

And what we say, right, I think it multiplies your options.

So for example, you know, while a student is still in high school, you know, they're earning money.

I want to say that You aren't getting paid, but when you're an apprentice, you are actually an employee of.

So not only are you getting money, but you also see a lot of young people, depending on the company they're working at, they're getting benefits.

How can these opportunities be expanded across the country?
