But, uh, what do you ask in an interview that tells you something real? How does your interview process work that gives you back feedback that's useful?
26:44
I think Jeff mentioned earlier, like, be- behavioral type questions, you know, "Tell me about a time..." You know, those are re- really good.
26:53
You know, I, as a interviewer, you know, I look for specific things when they, when they answer 'cause, generally, if they have a good example for tell me about a time, you can kind of see the light behind their eyes as they're smiling through the- their, their answer.
27:11
Um, if they don't, like, I question the authenticity of that actual, uh, answer.
27:16
So that's one way that I view candidates and, you know, as far as the, the feedback that, that they give me.
27:24
You know, these days, uh, with, uh, the internet, YouTube, uh, a lot of people do a lot of research as far as how should I answer questions.
27:33
Of course, they don't know what specific questions we're gonna ask, but they kind of get a, uh, a sense based off by, like, the position, and they might ask ChatGPT or, or Claude, like, you know, "How, how should I a- you know, answer this based off my resume?" So, um, you definitely, uh, kind of have to see through, through those things, and usually it's experience after interviewing, you know, hundreds of thousands of, uh, uh, candidates.
