I know that you can describe the stack a little bit, but mostly I want you to get into how you're using these agents for the different parts of that business that are generating that free cash flow.

So, you know, back to kind of the basics of pre-construction, doing just pre-construction services isn't a great business.

You're kind of like fee for hire.

So we do development for hire where there's a percentage of the deal.

And part of that means we have to help source the deal.

And so we have many agents.

It's these SOPs and workflows that are the foundation for thinking about all these problems.
