Like, how are we thinking about not just the tools, but also the transformation of the people and making them think through this? So hopefully that gives you some context of where I'm coming from.

LaShawn ShawGUEST
It really makes me think about making sure that we're meeting people where they are.

So there's times in which I go into a room or I'm working with a population and the idea is that I'm supposed to go in there and teach them about artificial intelligence.

LaShawn ShawGUEST
But there's times in which I go into that exact same room and people are like, how do I copy and paste? How do I turn on the computer? And what we need to do is making sure that even though there is advanced technology that's out here, that we're mitigating the gaps that individuals have to really catch up, so to speak.

LaShawn ShawGUEST
And with that catching up, they can find use cases that are very much then applicable to how they want to transfer that knowledge to their own lives.
