Why was he buried in the ice?

Yeah, well, that's still a mystery.

So, so what we know is that Otzi had been-- he came from the south, from the valley to the south, uh, called the Schnalstal, and he went up into the high mountains.

And we can sort of follow his journey in the mountains through pol- uh, flower pollen and, uh, tree pollen, which was found in his gut later on.

So we can see that he, he was in low, uh, valley.

Then he went up to the high mountains, back down again, and up again.And, uh, during that time, or just before that time, he had been in some kind of fight because he had a, a deep cut to his, uh, right hand between his index finger and his thumb, probably with a knife.

And, uh, so he went up to the high mountains and, and when he came to the fi- uh, the spot where he was found later, called the Tisenjoch, he was killed by an arrow which hit him in the back, in his left shoulder.

How about what he would have looked like? Do we know that?
