Trick-or-treating for him sounds a little different than what I do with my kids today.

As a kid, we pretty much had free reign anyway.

This was back in the early 70s.

And we had new bikes and with banana seats and weird handlebars.

We were given the entire neighborhood.

Of course, we couldn't go any further than the river.

We could not cross the highway, and we had to stay together.

My dad remembers that it kind of shook him, too.
