now finding your way back towards food, if food could talk to you right now, what do you think it would be telling you?
7:31
I think it'd be saying just stick with us, you know, stick with it, because I think food has been such a constant in my life, you know, I think sometimes there's tendency to to talk about food one way or the other as kind of that pure fuel that you know some people say which I have to say I've never understood um and you know and then the other way of kind of this this purity and perfection and everything having to go right all of the time you know the kind of Instagram culture of plates of perfect food and and actually sometimes I think what food has said to me recently is just that it's okay to be in the middle of that.
8:14
It's okay to be in a bit more of a messier place with it than I was and to still love it and still crack on with my passions really.
8:25
It's always been something that I've loved and I've never, it's the one thing I would say actually I've never doubted myself on.
8:33
It's just have fun in the kitchen, You feed people, you love it.
8:38
And it's kind of that pure creativity and creative expression.
8:42
But recently that I have to say it changed a little bit when, when I went on MasterChef.

So can you tell me about more of your coaching and Glass Frog and how that came about?

What, what is it about Barbados that really draws you, appeals to you?
5:41
Absolutely.
5:42
I mean, first of all, I think it's just kind of growing up there.
5:46
So, um, I think the first time that my parents took me there I was only about 18 months old, so really, really young.
5:55
Um, and was fortunate enough to just go there pretty much the moment that I finished school, um, every single school holiday- Until now really, until kind of finishing school and then going on to my career now.
6:08
So it's very much kind of become a second home, I would say, rather than just a holiday destination for us.
6:15
And it's the only place really that I've ever seen my dad unwind completely and, you know, our f- whole family, I th- I would say our happiest family memories have always been in Barbados.
