And, um, we had a great long conversation, and after a while I, I clearly started to get an idea that these sellers were in, you know, some form of pain.

There was some sort of, there was some motivating factor why they were selling.

And I later found out the, the seller lost his job.

The wife also, um, had fallen down the stairs and had an injury, and so she was no longer working.

So they were running into some potential issues in the near, near future.

And they purchased their home, you know, back in 2021 with a VA loan, so meaning they used 100% financing through the VA, uh, to purchase that home.
