And, um, first talk about, uh, GHMG and what that company does, where you are now, and how you help companies, I guess, sort of, um, evolve and, and begin to mesh with this new breed of golfer that's coming into the game.

Um, and it's, it's a challenge for sure, and it's, it's caused, you know, uh, the way, the old way I'll call it, of operating a club and even, you know, what you needed to...

The skill set you needed to operate a club is, is really, really changed dramatically from, you know, not only when I got in the business, but, you know, even the last 10 years.

Um, as far as the firm I'm with now, so, uh, GHMG in, in a nutshell, it was, uh, and it's really a, a neat story at least from my perspective.

Um, we're small.

There's four of us, and we have an associate that helps us out too, but it was really, it was born out of a, a niche that, uh, two of my partners saw and, and, uh, one of them in particular was my superintendent.
