Um, and yeah, they, we, we, As an assistant principal, I did a lot of school discipline.

There's plenty to go around.

Yeah, I know, right? That's true.

But I always saw the role as a little bit larger than that, where my role as the assistant principal was to help students change behaviors that were barriers to them accessing what's going on inside the classroom.

I like it, yeah.

Right? And so...

And then the, the back to the philosophy, the, the next question I have would be with all that complexity and how it manifests here in Pocono school district, but then in the larger underneath the Arkansas state board of education, what do you think is the, How does Pocahontas School District, or no, excuse me, how does Arkansas education stack up to Kansas, other states that you're familiar with? What do you think about our state's effort in education, how we run our schools?
