Will you talk a little bit about the clinical gaps that you still see persist despite the evolution of women's heart health centers, cardiovascular disease in women research, especially when thinking about early detection for women, are there still clear clinical gaps that you would like people to know exist and need to be addressed?

Lakshmi MehtaGUEST
I think we've done a lot in the last two decades, but there's so much more to go.

Lakshmi MehtaGUEST
You're asking about identifying disease, but I would say that, you know, women continue to be underrepresented in cardiovascular clinical trials.

Lakshmi MehtaGUEST
And part of it is, is we don't even understand all the conditions that they have.

Lakshmi MehtaGUEST
And so if we think about like prevention, much has been preliminarily built in men.

Ami BhattHOST
But because post-event care is in fact still happening because a lot of people are having events, are there mechanisms that you've seen in your work there in Ohio or nationally where we've been able to take away some of the barriers to women receiving continuing care once a diagnosis is made or an event has happened?
