And I don't mean that sort of callously or critically of the survivorship piece, but I suppose it's how you sell

it.

I think it's very hard.

you know, to come up with a one size fits all model in terms of, you know, survivorship.

I think if we, you know, look at, you know, different parts, you know, of the world, or even, you know, you know, in Australia, how things are funded or, you know, how to get money to run those, you know, clinics, because they are, you know, you know, when you, you know, when you're getting patients into those are usually high burden, you know, they need a lot of, you know, there's a lot of resources that need to go into those clinics for them, you know, to run properly.

And, you know, you have, you know, a lot of different centres, some which are, you know, well-funded, you know, I did most of my training in early, you know, you know, consultant work as, you know, at the, at Peter Mac in Melbourne.

And that's, you know, what I'd consider a well-resourced boutique, you know, cancer centre.

So that's two things, you know, what do you think is kind of most tractable and where are you headed, you know, in the future here? Imagining those two are probably going to overlap somewhat.
