This is a topic very near and dear to my heart.

So when I went to college, I had zero idea of what I wanted to do with my life.

In the back of my mind, I thought it would be cool to be a therapist.

But When I came to school, I was very open, decided to study some psychology.

I was also an athlete on my track and cross-country team.

But how do we talk about that that maybe makes sense to some of our athletes?
