This open space allows us to really just come together, do a quick update.

It's not very formal.

It doesn't restrict people.

And this is also a space whereby you can come and meet new people because as the company grows a little bit bigger, it's important that our grabbers know one another better.

As we grow bigger, we have to become smaller as well.
