I run the Spiral Institute, which teaches practitioners an emotional regulation process and transformational protocol called the Spiral.

And I've developed a process utilizing those tools and applying them to the drama triangle, which is a relational challenge that we have.

Kylie RyanGUEST
And when we're in kind of conflict or drama or upset, reactivity, when we can apply emotional awareness to those roles in the drama triangle, then we can really transform our conditioning and start to make better, wiser people.

Kylie RyanGUEST
more empowered choices so yeah i've been doing it for 23 years and i'm kind of obsessed with it and i think it's probably one of the most important things that we can do for humanities so so i'm kind of jammed about it

Kylie RyanGUEST
So it's like, you can spend, you know, It might take five years or 10 years or 17 years to get to the place where you're in your ultimate happiness, but that time is going to pass anyway.

Kylie RyanGUEST
So why would you not want to be constantly improving yourself? It doesn't matter how long it takes, as long as you're continuing to progress.
