problems and, um, what, what, what do you, what can you tell us?
12:00
So it was really weird when you saw him go down, you're like, "What happened?" You look back at the film, there wasn't much of an injury mechanism.
12:06
But, um, you know, he kind of grabbed at his back and then kind of went down, and then they walked him in the locker room.
12:12
And they said during the broadcast they were trying to work on getting him, you know, back up to speed, and they were not ready to rule him out right away.
12:18
Eventually they did, uh, but that at least tells us that it was probably more of a flare-up more than j- an actual injury.
12:23
Like, we didn't see him get flexed over, like, you know, touching his toes or hyperextended or really, really twisted up where there could be actual damage there.
12:31
Uh, so that was promising, and then, um, he had come out and say that the MRI was looking good when they'd spoke with the media on Wednesday and it actually looked better than before.

8 MINS LATER

20:19
Obviously he's gotta be ready to go, but, uh, would love your thoughts on, on the Bills starting slot corner D. Alford.
GregHOST
50:29
It's a walkthrough yesterday, but he was listed as full ankle knee, uh, it looked like a if worse i mean best case scenario looked like a hyper extension to me what'd you see on that that replay
50:40
i was trying to figure that out and i still don't have a great understanding just because of some video angles so what i saw was i saw him take down i think it was blake quorum and then he started pointing to his right knee i'm like okay you have something on your knee i wasn't aware of that but that was the same side he had injured in the preseason So I'm like, okay.
50:56
And then I start trying to look at the video angle, see what's going on.
51:01
And my guy, Pro Football Doc, had got a better angle than one of the replays.
51:04
And we saw where that knee shift was at.
51:06
And I thought the same thing.
51:07
I'm like, yeah, that's a major injury.
GregHOST
55:36
I know it was a walkthrough, but anything you saw from the previous injury that leads you to believe he would be good to go this week?
11:38
So what can you tell us about Dee Alford?
11:41
Uh, he exited, uh, in the third quarter with a right ankle injury around the goal line.
11:44
He was trying to block and was taking some steps back, really digging his, uh, right, well, both feet into the ground, and then kind of came up popping on the left leg because he had injured the right ankle.
11:54
Uh, it really wasn't a great mechanism.
11:56
Like, we only got to see one or two angles of it, and then the L-22 doesn't show us a whole lot.
12:00
They're more than what we saw on broadcast.
12:02
So, you know, if it had been a low ankle sprain, you know, you get the tape back up, you know, get back out there, like we saw with Cam Coleman back, uh, two weeks ago.
14:35
Yeah.
74:23
But, like, first, what do you know about the knee and how long, maybe ex- how extensive do we know is this injury?
74:30
So he got taken out by Reggie Gilliam, unfortunately.
74:33
And I, I saw people call it a dirty hit.
74:35
I, I think he just, it, it's a bang bang play.
74:37
He fell and he just happened to hit the back of Ed's knee, uh, you know, from the outside and from the back more so than truly from the side.
74:44
Um, he definitely got taken out, and I didn't even know anything happened to him initially until we started getting reports that he was on the sideline without his helmet or gloves on.
74:52
Um, and then he was initially questionable, and I don't think his status changed throughout the game there.

8 MINS LATER

GregHOST
83:17
Yeah
13:27
Obviously, we didn't see anything during the game, but maybe something practice related here.
13:32
That's what it looked like.
13:32
Uh, no, he wasn't on the injury report on Wednesday, was a full participant on, uh, Thursday.
13:37
So this indicates this might have been something that kind of cropped up after practice and he required treatment or something else like that.
13:43
Uh, it's never great to see practice injuries.
13:45
They do happen.
13:46
I have a detailed, uh, article on my website if you guys wanna go check that out.
16:42
He's listed as doubtful for this game.
51:08
So what's your thoughts on DJ Moore? Should we be concerned at the level of contact that he is actually getting playing through this, this, this shoulder injury?
51:17
He could make it worse if he takes a- another really hard hit there or in a different angle that really jars that joint.
51:23
Um, it can linger.
51:25
Um, it can affect him.
51:27
But you know, they, they definitely do try to tape it up.
51:29
I mean, I didn't see a bracing on him.
51:30
They do try to, um, do the pain injecting, um, shot that they talked about that, you know, I'm sure he got and he's gonna continue getting for a while.
55:40
Tell everybody about that.
14:33
Uh, could the Bills maybe be without Keon this week?
14:36
Possibly.
14:37
I mean, looking at the Chargers and seeing their, all their injuries on their injury report, and they're down so many other guys that aren't already in injury reserve.
14:45
Do you need him? I mean, he's proven to be a veteran.
14:48
He's, he's shown that he's can play, but if for some reason the ankle is worse than it looked, like it looked like it was a little ankle sprain, and he got taped up pretty quick and played the rest of the game.
14:56
And then it got me worried that he did not practice Wednesday or Thursday, but then he got back out there and was looking okay.
15:03
Um, the only concern that I don't know about is that he had that foot, uh, toe injury back in the preseason that cost him about two weeks there, and is that related to what we're seeing right now while he's missing more time? I mean, he's had 10 days off and a little ankle sprain shouldn't keep most guys out like that there.
16:21
I know there's a lot of encouraging video for where he's at, but what, what's going on here with Ed and the hip?
55:46
What do you know about at Oliver's hip injury? And like, what kind of timetable are we looking at there?
55:51
Unfortunately, not much more than what you said already.
55:53
Like you said, there was undisclosed injury.
55:55
He started missing practice on August 18th, returned on September 1st.
56:00
And that was around the same time that family tragedy came to light there.
56:04
But they reiterated that this was due to an injury.
56:06
So we know it was an injury.
57:46
And Greg, before you ask your question, I got to have our guy, Kyle, tell us where they can find your work at Sparta and kind of what this is and just, you know, inform everybody that's watching, like what, what this website does for everybody.
13:18
What do, what can you tell us about Cole Bishop?
13:21
[sighs] With the short week, it does throw some things into question as to what's going on, but I have some information that hopefully we can help parse through what's going on there.
13:29
So, uh, just for a quick recap, he went out with a left knee injury, uh, with about three minutes, uh, left in the second quarter, got the knee checked out.
13:38
And this was resolved, he kinda just disappeared into a pile.
13:41
Um, we couldn't really see the injury mechanism.
13:44
And then he got checked out, sat out the rest of the half, which was only a few minutes, came back in, in the, uh, third quarter, played the rest of the game without incident.
13:51
I didn't see anything on his knee.

5 MINS LATER

19:20
We're cooking.
12:54
Where are you at on Ty Johnson?
12:56
I like what I'm seeing.
12:57
That was definitely a big surprise when I saw Sal Capaccio and some of the other beat reporters, uh, put out there that he was practicing, and he was moving pretty good.
13:05
Uh, he wasn't going full speed, and I don't think they're gonna let them put that type of film out there, but he didn't have any sleeves on his leg, didn't have any tape, didn't have any hitch in his step.
13:15
He was moving around pretty freely.
13:17
And keep in mind, like you said, he hadn't practiced really in the past month since suffering the injury on August 8th on the, uh, the new turf there.
13:23
So, uh, the fact that he met with the media is another good sign, 'cause usually we're not seeing those injured players, uh, meeting with the media.
17:16
What can you tell us about Sanders?
23:48
What's up with TB?
23:48
He, he had a ton of work done on his, uh, right ankle.
23:51
Uh, we knew he wasn't pushing off that right ankle great.
23:54
We know he also had, uh, hamstring issues, and he really kinda opened up, uh, to the media talking about how he was really trying to be there for his team and play through things, but he's starting to learn, like, "Hey, if I'm really injured, I can't be out there." And he just was a detriment to the team.
24:08
Not that his presence was a detriment, but just him being injured wasn't helping.
24:12
I mean, he had the dislocated elbow, he had the ankle, he had the hamstrings.
24:15
It was just nonstop with him last year.
27:33
How are you processing all of that and his return from the Achilles?
13:41
What can you tell us?
13:42
I mean, being married to Haley Steinfeld, he's going to get some acting lessons, I guess, because, I mean, I just – it's incredible.
13:48
He said, I feel great.
13:49
I'm like, there's no way.
13:50
He took a beating.
13:51
We haven't seen him take a beating that bad since against Houston.
13:54
And, I mean, he was beaten and battered then.

6 MINS LATER

20:09
What do you have on Oliver?
11:43
What's going on here?
11:45
So like you said, he was able to finish the game.
11:47
He left the game just before halftime was like four minutes left in the second quarter.
11:52
Did the kickoff kickoff look normal? Didn't think anything of it and then we get report that he's been taken out.
11:58
I think it might have been questionable then eventually taken out and I thought maybe it was initially precautionary.
12:03
But then later on he said that it stiffened up on him in the cold and that they were taking him out, not necessarily as a precaution, but they obviously were being mindful of the injury.
12:13
So they wanted to see how things were tested out.

6 MINS LATER

18:12
What'd you see and what's your kind of your thoughts on this timeline? Is this a multiple week thing? Can he come back next week?
24:45
What can you tell us about that situation and how it could affect his timeline?
24:49
When they said he had a setback, he immediately thought bicep because that's what they even referenced.
24:55
But then they came out on Wednesday and said it was meniscus.
24:58
And we saw his Instagram story.
24:59
It was the right knee.
25:01
It sounds like this was an acute tear, and they probably figured the best way to get him back up to speed so that he wasn't gonna lose more time there he has is just to scope out the knee which was trim out the offending uh piece just so that he wasn't gonna lock up on him wasn't gonna swallow causing pain uh it's very routine surgery we saw that alec anderson had this back in the preseason or at least i assume that was whether it's he had some type of knee clean out and the same thing with uh t.j sanders um midway through the year so this is a pretty common thing and sometimes women hear about this stuff um it this also might have been an area where they said hey this is uh easier to trim it out get them back and there's different areas in the meniscus where it heals and where it doesn't heal if this was a big enough tear they would have repaired it and shut down for the season so the fact that they just trimmed it out and said let's get you back there is positive um We don't know exactly what date.
25:50
We know he had the surgery.
30:34
We know they're not going to play on Sunday, but do you have any concern about these three players in the postseason?
