I got

traded on my start day.

So I was about 15 minutes from going outside to play catch and called me into the manager's office and they were like, hey, you know, you're not pitching today.

You've just been traded.

From there, didn't really know a whole lot.

Honestly, didn't know much about the Pirates growing up.

My mom's from Philly, so we were always watching the Phillies game.

Were there lessons you took from that experience that you're finding you have to sort of relearn or experience again here?
