16:01And any words of advice for others who are preparing to financially or mentally and/or both make that transition as well?

Kyle RicknerGUEST
I will say that I'll preface any comments I have that I think everybody has their own unique journey.

Kyle RicknerGUEST
So you can maybe glean some value from other people's stories or journey, but it's certainly not, uh, I'm not advocating that people do exactly what I did 'cause our story has a lot of uniqueness to it in many ways.

Kyle RicknerGUEST
But, you know, I think one of the blessings that we had was when we made the decision to transition, Dr. Lockwood and I, we had a runway, and that runway came around where, where are we gonna do this? What's the space? And so we actually close to where we were currently practicing, we had a developer work with us to actually build a clinic and do it on a way where we would lease it, and we didn't have to put out cash.

Kyle RicknerGUEST
Well, that process took time, and we were both feeling impatient, but it's the best thing that ever happened because we had nearly 15 months of a runway, and that allowed us to make some decisions financially.

Kyle RicknerGUEST
One of our best things that we did was we found a nursing training, um, program that basically went out of business 'cause they lost their grant.

51:28Tell us about those partnerships in particular because I think that this is something that, again, DPC doctors who are looking to either open, they're planning to open, or they're, you know, in their first three years, they would love to hear about what you guys have been doing.
