Kyle PomeroyGUEST
I think it's important to hit on that, uh, yes, there's congressional oversight that the Department of War can't do anything about, but I think what the PAEs bring is at least getting rid of some or a lot of the bureaucracy that we got in our own way as a Department of War, and hand the flexibility and those authorities to a PAE so that we can control what we can.

Kyle PomeroyGUEST
But as you said, Charles, I think Congress is, for the most part, is getting it.

Kyle PomeroyGUEST
We talk, again, about kind of the, the s- underpinning strategy of how to not be, uh, or how to maintain our leader, uh, leadership as the world's greatest military is gonna be that flexibility.

Kyle PomeroyGUEST
And as Congress understands it, then th- they can choose, right, to open up those authorities and, uh, a democratically elected official say, "Okay, we do have to open up that maneuverability between funding streams." Uh, perhaps draw back on some elements of the oversight and, and take that risk, right?
