Took you a while to rebound from that, but yeah, I mean, you, you're riding well and how's that?
2:40
Um, yeah, it's, it's not bad actually.
2:42
Um, I had the neck injury in 2022, um, and was out for a little while and probably honestly got on the bike probably too quick.
2:53
And then, um, had another little lingering thing with the neck issue with some bulging discs and stuff from the rods and screws in my neck, uh, in 25, I believe.
3:06
So, um, the next good, um, obviously, um, there's some limitations to it on how much I can train, what, what all I can do, but it is continuing to get better.
3:17
So that's, that's great news.
3:19
And then, um, yeah, so, uh, I think mentally, I think I'm still kind of getting over that as well.

And also did it did were you as hungry for Supercross as you'd always been based, you know, based on the fact that you made a lot of money and not a lot of money, but you made money and won arena cross and your was your motivation still really strong for soupy?
9:52
Excellent.

Not just a daily cleaning checklist, not a weekly cleaning checklist, but a checklist for, I mean, your, your prep list is a checklist for the prep people.
10:01
They fill out their checklist in the morning based on what you had left over from yesterday, and they build their checklist, and then they start, and they complete their checklist.
10:09
Then before they leave, they've got to do their end-of-shift checklist.
10:13
This is to set the next team up for success, so the next team, the mid shift, the night shift, whatever it may be, the following morning shift, they're not having to finish somebody else's checklist before they start theirs, right? So I think accountability starts in the checklist because if everybody can come back to literally it's black ink on white paper or on a screen if you want to go digitally, but they can then all come back to that and hold each other accountable and hold themselves accountable.

23:51
Do you train people to recognize these opportunities and to actively suggest things that guests enjoy and appreciate? How does that work?
23:59
Yes.
24:00
Yes, we, I think I mentioned it earlier.
