We joke about that all the time.

I love it.

It's funny.

But like, I was trying to figure out like... a multi-surface right so so we built this this uh arena when we first came here probably like 2010 ish we're so like the off-road park's awesome and but like people want more they everybody always always more right and it's a it's a tough balance trying to figure out like you know So all of our people, not all, but we get a lot of travelers, and as we're building into the houses and the campgrounds and stuff like that, people want more to do, and they want to go ride, and then they get tired of riding, and what else do we do? So we wanted to try to always get into different entertaining things, and it's tough.

The off-road world is kind of a niche market.

And we're always trying to figure out, like, how do you get out there? So we built that arena to try to do activities where people could watch.

But this is, that's, that's the
