Yeah, I think the one that certainly comes to mind, going back to COVID, which I think is where we saw a very large amount of misconceptions, and we definitely dealt with this at my hospital as well.

And there was lots of conversation about how you know we in healthcare were trying to keep this miracle life-saving incredibly cheap medication out of the hands of patients and that just was not true there was no strong scientific evidence in any study that showed significant benefit and we were scrambling and we used it on a few patients and did not turn things around but that was definitely one that Well, people were desperate at the time.
