All right, so tell us your journey on how you got into property management, because you and I met a few months ago at Tony Klein's Onyx Retreat, and I thought you had a really cool, interesting story, not typical of most property managers.

Yeah, for sure.

I mean, I don't think anybody grows up saying like, man, someday I want to be a property manager.

You know, it's just something that you fall into somehow.

Right.

You know, I for myself, I've always I've been buying real estate since I was in my early 20s.

And just sort of going through those processes and going through the headaches and hearing friends who went through the same stories and property management and the kind of the nightmares that they were kind of like the used car salesman of the real estate world, right? That was kind of the vibe that I got from people that were in that space.
