when Don joined the group.

And now you can see, you know, a healthy organization with financial reserves, participation at an all-time high in pretty much every event that they put on, membership at an all-time high.

And so, absolutely, I mean, he's been a savior that took us from, again, the dire straits we were in to where we are now, and to use your term, he's, he's just been a superstar.

And, you know, how do you replace this person? And fortunately, because he's been so good, the organization itself is in great shape, so that really opens it up to a lot of individuals who are very talented wanting to vie for that CEO position and, and try to take it to the next level.

I think that in order to be successful in this position as Don has been and as our, hopefully our next CEO will be, uh, you gotta have to have someone who, uh, you know, understands the membership, is in touch with what the needs of the membership is, and has a drive and a passion for serving our industry.

So, how do you envision members engaging in the strategic planning process?
