You know, what are some of the challenges that you see at the moment with people that are injured, not just getting back to meet minimum requirements, but being ready to, to respond to that worst case scenario call on their first shift?
83:45
Um, you might even have to start that, that conversation bef- before, earlier in timeline because, uh, there's still a myth, there's still this idea that I don't wanna, I don't, I don't wanna admit I'm injured.
84:00
Like, uh, it's just a little knee pain or it's just a little hip pain or whatever it is.
84:06
And so, uh, dispelling the idea that, um, all pain, all aches and pains lead to time off, like, you've got to dispel that, 'cause sometimes, sometimes just like with an athlete, if you're gonna be a tactical athlete, a n- you know, a traditional athlete might, might play through a little bit of pain, but they're also doing things to help.

So you go two steps forward, one step back, two step, and, and six days later, we're all good.
84:37
I was very surprised at how, uh, tricky that was to sort of have that conversation because I wasn't aware that I don't wanna tell you I'm injured, right? 'Cause I don't know why.
84:49
Maybe it's, uh, an indication of weakness, maybe it's an indication of punitive policy.
