What moments kind of stand out, you know, as defining chapters of that journey, or what are you most proud of, you know, looking back?

You know, I think, I think growing a branch network.

When I started, we were less than 100 branches, and we grew that number in the US and Canada at almost 250.

And, you know, our team members that were out in the field that helped grow and develop the relationships with our dealers has really been our strength, um, even as we've evolved as a captive.

You know, having people in the field and dealing with our dealer customers every day has just been a big plus.

Um, also, I reflected on partnering with Chase in the late '90s in a pass-through relationship, and we also invested and helped build Dealertrack.

I think many people have forgotten about that.
