Great talk, great data set.

Raises obviously enormous amount of further questions because one issue which we always tend to forget is that cyclists generally are not earlier car drivers.

They might be public transport users.

They might be walkers.

So to really get people out of cars, we might have to do more than the policies you highlighted, which are obviously very important.
