So it's called ARIA, not to be confused with ASRIA, which some people do, but it's the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
12:56
It's a nonprofit to support the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander community because we trail in home ownership from the national average by... over 10%.
13:09
When this organization first started 20 years ago, we actually were close to 20% below the national average.

And it's really because of education of the community that we've been able to help them because Asians actually put a lot of trust in education of their children and You know, culturally, we're brought up not to take on debt if we can to pay things with cash.
13:42
Well, we've taught people that if you start your home ownership journey early, that forced savings and the tax, you know, savings that you get from the interest write-off, You're a lot better off to get that process started as soon as you can and not wait till you have 30 or 40%.
