And, um, anyway, uh, Ernest Ranglin is kind of, you know, if, uh, if, uh, the Muscle Shoals sound is an iconic, you know, record studio, then Studio One in Jamaica would be its counterpoint for reggae music.

And if Steve Cropper was the guitarist of choice at Muscle Shoals, which of course he was, his counterpoint in Jamaica would be Ernest Ranglin, who played with the Skatalites, and with, uh, uh, Bunny Wailer, and with Bob Marley.

Uh, what are you listening to, Kurt?

You know, I used to be a really album-focused person when I was younger.

I've become a very song-focused person, and so I'll s- I'll hear something, and I'll, I'll Shazam it or I'll make a little, you know, note on it.

Um, things popping up now, I've, I've always been a big Iron & Wine fan.

So are we doing OK or do we have to cut, cut, cut?

Well, we will as we have cut our property tax.

I'm not in the policy business anymore.

I'm in the money-making business, but I understand that when you – Basically, our general fund is a little over $600 million.

It's set up in a structure that we get 5% of a five-year rolling average.

And because that rolling average continues to go up, we continue to get a little bit more money every year to spend.

But infrastructure is going to be the one that really probably gets it hit on the chin because uh when when when you don't have money and i looked at this in back in the 90s when i was in the legislature the easiest thing to do is to stop maintaining our buildings And then that's the hardest thing to actually understand how you catch up.

That's important in a boom-bust state once again.
