So, so those costs are ultimately borne by investors.

So we take an investor, uh, uh, oversight perspective when we deal with the day-to-day operations.

The key activities that we focus on, obviously, is selecting the board.

We assisted the commission in, in making a selection of the new board, uh, and making sure that those people were qualified under the statute and we thought would, uh, make a meaningful change in the PCOB organization.

Because again, the organization's been around for 23, 24 years.

Not a lot of change in terms of how it approaches certain things.

So maybe you can explain a little bit about the current, uh, uh, global landscape and why alignment between domestic and international standards is so important in, uh, to what we're doing here.
