So there's a billion dollar hospital upgrade in Cairns.

About, just to start, they've just demolished half of the city to build this monstrosity of a hospital.

But, uh, what comes with that in the public sector is a lot of working professionals moving to the city to then work, but then they need accommodation that's probably close to the hospital.

So if you can throw a look at the map around that hospital, I think there's some really, really good plays.
