Do you feel, Kumar, there have been many changes in the position of Roma since the 90s?
K

I think fundamentally no, because the structural problems still remain.
K
12:29Kumar VishwanathanGUEST
By structural I mean problems in education, in the schooling system, the psychological, pedagogical, consulting system.

Security-wise, it's much better because I remember the 1990s, there were skinheads roaming around and they're all very afraid, and then came the attack in Vitkov, the town of Vitkov, outside of Strava, where on Adolf Hitler's birthday, four neo-Nazis in 2009 attacked a Roma sleeping family at midnight with petrol bombs, and the little Natalka, who was one and a half years old, 80% of her body was burnt, her skin was burnt, and she survived, thankfully.

What did it mean for you to go and accept that award from President Pavel?
