We have the ability to go, you know, above the muscle now, consistent results.

I, I agree with everything.

I think one of the things for patients is that they're kind of taught it has to be one or the other, and I think we've seen in the 20 years, more than that, right, for implants, subgland, then it went to subpec, then it went to subgland, and we see this subfascial, right? And then we see this trend.

And so patients with the Motiva implant now are just going, "Okay, let's all switch." But it's not necessarily right for everybody.

What I think is really neat is that you can now do that in smaller patients, thinner patients, which you didn't have the ability to before, but it's not one size fits all.

And so I don't think it's just subpec or subfascial.

It's what are your goals? What are the trade-offs of each?
