And then I guess, Kristen, can we talk about medication treatments? If you have a patient with autism versus autism and ADHD, does it change what you do?
31:03
I think that...
31:05
The first part in terms of diagnosis is probably the biggest part.
31:09
If I'm working with a kid and they come to me and the only diagnosis I have is autism, then we will find out, is there an ADHD component? A lot of the kids I work with are nonverbal, so that makes it a little bit more challenging and a little bit, we need a lot more collateral information from the schools and from the home in order to try and make that ADHD diagnosis.
31:30
So once we have that, we can then look at the behaviors.
31:35
And I think that when I look at a kid who has autism and ADHD and they're incredibly impulsive, they're out of their seat, they're running around the classroom, we don't know why.
31:45
I mean, the first thing I'm going to do is go for a stimulant because the stimulants, we know they are very effective.

How is magnesium helpful as an alternative therapy for autism or is it helpful at all?
