What has stepping into so many different characters taught you about human nature?

Oh, so much variety and so much you can do with characters.

There's so many different ways to embody a character.

And there's really no... right way there's just you know um your choice that fits with you and and your voice and how you you know really perceive the world um for me often doing characters especially unusual characters um what I had to do was a cucumber lying in a barnyard which was a wonderful challenge.

And so my thought, a lot of the character work I do, my thought is, well, what is the physicality of a cucumber? Well, a cucumber just lays there.

And so they probably talk kind of slowly.

But that's one of my ways of bringing a character to life.

What are some of the subtle techniques that audiences rarely realize are shaping their emotional experience? I think

That's got to be tough.

I'm yeah, it is.

It is.

Voice acting is not it's not easy unless sometimes it's.

sometimes, you know, I have, and that's few and far between where you've got a bunch of other actors in the room with you and you're doing a story and then you can look at that person and respond, but that's so much of it now is, you know, your own studio at home and you're, you know, you're listening maybe to a director and, but there's, There isn't anyone else, you know, that you can bounce things off of.

So it's just like, so you need to keep you thinking about the character.

You probably got, you know, I just did an audio book, which is a Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale.
