And do you develop those agendas or does somebody else develop those agendas?

I usually work with my team to develop the agenda.

I can say, though, for kickoffs, I am probably more prevalent because on developing that deck, but you know, cause you're answering those great questions of who, what, when, why.

And we do tailor it to clients so that it's meets their culture and they know what's going to encourage their people to get on board with doing a project.

So, you know, it's, it's, it's a little bit of both, but certainly it's, It's all a team effort to develop that agenda and then to get it in front of the right people and the right players in the room.
