It's how things turn out but it is all about that body autonomy and really realizing that yeah it's understanding like yeah and actually a really important point is like people should slow down around their cycles but a lot of the time we don't and we are still doing the same thing we're doing you know towards the end of our cycle or even during our menstrual bleed which is so important so let's talk a little bit about what are the different things people should be doing at different phases because they're not slowing down people are not realizing every week is different

Gosh, this is one of the biggest things that I've noticed when I start working with clients, the changes in how they experience their periods, because oftentimes I'm working with women who have painful periods.

And when... we start talking about their activity levels, especially their premenstrual, you know, those few days before their bleed.

And then during their bleed, when we start talking about their activity levels, what they're doing and, and I'm like, are you slowing down? Or, you know, no, I'm just, I keep going until I crash basically.
