Did you have an entrepreneurial kind of like thing that was tugging at you? Did you find yourself, you know, doing entrepreneurial things inside of Waymo? Or were you kind of part of what kind of big tech stereotypes, you know, engineering to feel like? Can you give me kind of a little glimpse into your mindset there?

Before Waymo, I had worked at some small company doing internships and worked at the University of Montana in Bozeman doing some research stuff.

And so most of my experience was small research stuff, teams that were very tiny.

So when I joined Waymo, it was a huge culture shock for tons of reasons.

One was I had never been in California.

Two, until two days before I started work.

So that was crazy.

Maybe describe for the audience, like what is going on at the edge of voice AI right now? Like what are voice agents able to do? Like kind of give us a glimpse of what's happening under the hood there.
