Wow, where do I begin? Okay.

Um, I guess really my, I guess, I guess my, my mental health journey, um, started at the age of, like, 10 or 11.

I had a bunch of, uh, questions about the world, uh, existential crisises, um, my meaning in the, like, my place in the world meaning.

I thought, I remember vividly, like, at my dining room table on Shabbat thinking about, like, what if the world didn't exist, and the world does exist, and I was, like, trying to grasp everything at 10 years old.

And, um, I didn't know who to turn to, um, and that was really hard, so I just sort of had to figure it out, and I'm still figuring it out on my own till this day.

I wasn't given those tools.
