It's like be there then.

I don't think you can be an effective GM of a hockey rink.

We really don't have a general manager at all, right? We have people that have just been kind of our leadership group, and we very much all get along.

But you can't really not be here on a weekend and not feel the pulse of what's going on and be a general manager or a leader of a hockey rink.

If you're working banker's hours and you're showing up at nine and you're leaving at four or whatever, you're missing the bulk of what the business is all about, which is the customer base.

If you're not here after hours, then you're not really plugged in.

And there's some people that... that do have those type of hours.

and being present and like you said people knowing where you are and where to find you it goes a long way there's and like i said i'm not saying this about star centers i'm saying this about rinks all over the country but they can go in and be like i don't know who the gm is i've never actually seen him or her before you know and that actually happened you know
